These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to autosysnet.digital and your participation in AutoSysNet training offered by the studio at No. 11, Lane 174, Chungcheng Rd., Luchou, Taipei Hsien, Taiwan (China).

Educational nature

All courses, workshops, clinics, mentorship, articles, and the Setup Library are educational. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell securities, or a promise of trading results. Markets involve risk of loss.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. By requesting a seat you confirm you can enter a binding agreement and that information you submit is accurate.

Accounts and communications

This site does not create user accounts. Contact forms transmit your message to the studio for scheduling. You agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.

Intellectual property

Course materials, checklists, playbooks, site copy, and branding remain AutoSysNet property. You may use materials for personal study. Redistribution, resale, or public teaching from our materials without written consent is prohibited.

Pricing and enrollment

Prices shown are informational. A seat is confirmed only after studio acceptance and payment instructions are completed offline. We do not process payments on this website.

Conduct in sessions

Live sessions may be recorded for enrolled participants. Recording or sharing sessions outside the cohort without permission is not allowed. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund beyond what the Refund Policy allows.

Disclaimers

The site and training are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that content will meet every trader’s objectives. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AutoSysNet is not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or decisions you make after training.

Limitation of liability

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid to AutoSysNet for the specific training giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Taiwan (China). Disputes should first be raised with the studio at studio@autosysnet.digital or +886-2-2285-6511.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
